How to Join
Joining is easy… Boys and girls from the age of 4 are welcome to attend meetings – to arrange this please contact the Section leader. Although, as we are a very large group, unfortunately you may have to be added to the waiting list.
Subscriptions are £10 per month and payable for unattended weeks too.
There is a formal investiture after an initial period and new members will need to buy a uniform before they can be invested. Uniforms can be purchased from our District Scout Shop for a very reasonable price.
It is hoped that all new members enjoy their time with 9th Warrington East Scout Group, we get involved with a wide range of fun activities as can be seen in each sections ‘news’ pages.
Whilst our meetings are not intended to be too formal, all of our members are expected to wear uniform, show respect to the leaders and not disrupt the meetings with poor behaviour.
If members have additional or special needs please speak to the leader and\or GSL beforehand to ensure we fully understand any additional requirements.
